"team sentience" - RFID e-locator

The RFID e-Locator aims at developing a system capable of tracking the availability status of each individual residing in the Smart Home. The presence or absence of a resident will then be reflected as "At Home" or "Away" respectively in the form of a "Smart Home Buddy List" which will be available as a Web service. Home/away status can also be potentially integrated in Facebook or Twitter profiles of the residents as per their consent. This tracking mechanism will provide statistical data pertaining to schedules of the residents and can also provide a future platform for centralization and integration of the various electronic systems in the Smart Home.t
